Former Tim Hortons – Naval Station Norfolk – Norfolk, Virginia
This the former Tim Hortons at 9230 7th Ave Norfolk, Virginia, on Naval Station Norfolk (Building SP-28).
This building opened in the 1980s as a McDonald’s, later converted to a Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC combination store, and later a Tim Hortons, Cold Stone Creamery, Great Steak combination store.
This location didn’t last far past the start of the pandemic, and it looks like Cold Stone and Great Steak closed before Tim Hortons did. Not sure what they plan on doing with the building now, but it looks to be in rough shape. It wouldn’t surprise me if they redeveloped the building before reusing it.
This was probably one of the only Tim Hortons locations to have palm trees out front.
